If a woman has very short 21 days cycle, when will she ovulate?

around day 4 - 7? or around day 10?

I know women are suppose to ovulate on day 12 - 16 if she has normal 28 days cycle. But what happened if a woman has short 21 days cycle? thank you very much

  1. Post luteal phase is almost always 14 days long, no matter the length of your cycle. So, in your case, you'd expect to ovulate on day 7, and you'd "try" on days 4 through 7.

  4. You will most likely ovulate on day 7.  

    If you are ovulating later than day 10 or so, but are still having a 21 day cycle you may have what is called a "Short Luteal Phase"  if that is the case you may have problems trying to conceive.  You will definitely want to contact your gynecologist if you think this may be the case
