  1. yes,next

  2. Depends wether it was consensual or not. Also, while getting Mary pregnant with Jaysus, the holy ghost delegated the actual act itself to good old Gabriel, 'Messenger of God', so consent, even if given,  may have been compromised. Also, you didnt mention whether there was any threat of violence,or any other co-ercion involved. Is there any DNA evidence available?, is the victim a credible witness? were the Police informed immediatly? was the victim dressed  provocatively? Also, her sexual history / preferences, will have to be thoroughly examined,to determine whether or not she has any history of promiscuity or prostitution. All these factors will determine whether the C.P.S  decide  any criminal act has been actually committed. Probably best to chalk it up to experience, and try to build some kind of positive relationship with the accused,if only for the sake of the Child. Whom, if the accusations are to be believed, will probably grow up to be a person of some consequence! Try to get on the Jeremy Kyle show,if only for the (all important) free D.N.A test. Remember,a child needs consistancy, and a responsible male role model, and the accuseds credentials are pretty much not open to question.

I hope this has been of some help, and I wish Mother and embryonic Messiah all the best 4 the future !

    God Bless.

  3. Yeah! I seriously doubt Mary was a virgin when she had Jeezus.. I heard stuff about her. You know.

  4. Probably not because theres no current legislation applicable to holy ghosts, (that's possibly because they don't exist).

  5. LOL, thats what the mormons think or at least Brigham Young, Its artificial incemination.

  6. Only if they can catch him or even see him for that matter...

  7. No, because Mary was chosen by God as the best and most  pure example of young womanhood and she readily consented to carrying His child, realising that God saw and knew than she would ever understand and that this was His purpose for her.

  8. If it went to court the jury would "see straight through" him, so yes he'd get charged ;)

  9. That person will have amazinly hard time proving it was him.

Ghosts don't leave DNA like the rest of us.

  10. Holy or not, rape is rape, so totally. Plus if said woman does not want the holy spirit, then even more so.
