  2. UK? Absolutely Nothing, zilch! . beggar all!.Even less if hes not on the child's birth certificate cos you have to prove to the CSA that hes the Daddy. (correct me if am wrong somebody?) If your not married he has to be present at the registration of your child's birth.(To be on the birth certificate) It will be the tax payer looking after your off spring if he's not man enough to cough up .x*x....... A minor?,Under age s*x!. He can get locked up for that.

  3. They only thing the mother/child is legally entitled to is child support- That is it.  Good luck!

  4. SHE has no rights.  The child has the right to child support.

  5. It varies with each state. In my state she is entitled to one half of the cost of prenatal care, birthing expenses and that is the end of her entitlement.

The newborn child is entitled to support payments until the child reaches the age of majority. The support payments may be extended to include through college if the child goes to college.

  6. The child has rights to child support, and the father has rights to visitation.
