If a women starts a fight should i finish it?

About a week ago i was sitting in a bar with my friend and his girlfriend. She told my friend she wanted to go but i was the only one that drove. I wasn't ready to leave yet so i told her we would leave in 15 minutes. We got into a fight and she started to punch at my face and she grabbed a beer bottle and tried to swing it at me. I quickly went into a defensive mode and cold ****** her and i broke her nose. I didn't mean to hurt her so bad but i was just defending myself. Was i in the wrong to do that?

Yesss, one never hit a girl, especially in the face, two if she wants to leave the bar leave.

Whether it was a guy or a girl it was wrong.  You should have just pressed charges or something.
