If a zombie is already dead, then what happens to them when they are shot in the head as a zombie?

Do they die again? Then why don't they rise from the dead once more?

Zombies are still in a human body and need the brain to keep everything connected together.  After they are shot in the head, the brain cannot send the signals throughout the body.

Zombie are the result of mutating cell, much like of parasite, first destroy your ability to understand, much like old people, move slowly, decrease the feel of pain, the virus attack your most sensitive part of your brain, your memory, thats why when a person is a zombie, they are not your friends, the virus spread and the only area left in your brain is those who process your mechanical movement, thats why a zombie is only killed due to blood lost, head shot, or serious damage, cutting its arm wont do anything, and their saliva ain't going to make you zombie 100%, only 10% chance that it could make you a zombie, and the rest will make your skin decay like what happen to a zombie......too much zombie lecture, when a person dies, its internal organ was first to be decomposed, soooo... X2-g3 virus or zombie in your term need the part of the brain to keep them alive, and the person should be still living, a dead person is a food to them.
