  1. Not an intelligent question if that is what you are aiming at.

    No it isn't involuntary manslaughter.

  2. actually if you deliberately cause a miscarriage its first degree murder

  3. No, a miscarriage can't be involuntary manslaughter, because the pregnant mother did nothing to cause the death of the fetus. In order to be criminally responsible for a death, a person must cause the outcome in some way. Manslaughter is considered as a death caused by accident, negligence, or carelessness. A woman who miscarries cannot said to be a person who caused the death.

  4. No it's not.  Involuntary manslaughter is when an act that you do causes another person to die, when you have done something reckless that threatened human life, and knew that that act could kill someone.  A miscarriage is the body, not an individual's act, that terminates the pregnancy and in some cases is not preventable.  Some risk factors for causing miscarriages are smoking, diabetes, etc. but that does not mean that all women who smoke and have diabetes will have a miscarriage.  But then if a woman who smoked, since you can prevent that, had a miscarriage, how could you prove that was the main cause of the fetus' death?  Even if you could, the fetus isn't a person therefore you couldn't be charged with involuntary manslaughter.
