  1. spending time in squalor with 20 crying small children. think about it...

  2. The consequences should be that Supreme Court justices are responsible for raising the children.

  3. Abortions should never be illegal. Abortion is under the sole authorization of the women in question who has the ultimate and foremost power to execute her right!

    Punish Yourself First

  4. I think the mom will suffer enough within her heart. I had a late miscarriage (stillborn) and even though i did not cause it i suffer each day. The whole process is awful

  5. Women who get pregnant and doesn't want the baby,  but instead wants an abortion needs to have their tubes tied. They are not responsible and should never be allowed to have a child ever in their lifetime.

  6. Castration? hahahaha, just kidding.

I dont know what the penalty should be but i think it should be something pretty lenient.

  7. LIFE WITH OUT ANY PAROLE AND NO RIGHTS.

  8. If you get an abortion, you get your tubes tied.

  9. Let the punishment fit the crime...

So long as the rich women who get their private doctors to do it get the same conviction as the poor sap who takes a coat hanger to herself....

  10. Abortion shouldn't be illegal. If it is made illegal, suicide rates will increase. This service would boom in the black market. Then of course people will still die for people not doing it right - either way, to answer the question, if it's illegal, each state should choose the punishment. I don't think jail time would be economically feasible. Perhaps counseling or community service.

  11. Not much point in thinking of a punishment for something that can never be made illegal...

  12. It continues to be illegal in many states, although there are problems enforcing these laws where the U.S. Supreme Court decisions have been interpreted to pre-empt more restrictive state laws.

In Massachusetts, for example, unlawful procurement of miscarriage is punishable by up to seven years and a $2,000 fine, or 5-20 years of she dies as a result of the medication or procedure. These penalties generally apply to the person PERFORMING the abortion, although a person soliciting the crime against herself (or girlfriend, etc), or assisting, would also be a criminal.

  13. That would depend

If she claims rape and didn't file charges than she does jail time.

I don't think abortion should be totally illegal but at 6 million pulse it is far from rare.

When 14 year old get rape by their step-father and is 8 months along get a late term abortion the clinic doesn't file charges is a problem

When you got man running for president who thinks it is OK to let a baby to die of neglect if born alive that is troubling you know your hero Obama.

  14. The same as any other first degree murder in the state in which it was committed.

  15. well, i had an abortion when i was young and i regret it. it lives with you forever. i dont think they are right to have done. but, if they make them illegal, all the places that do them ought to be shut down! it wouldnt make sence! if people would STAY on BC when they dont want kids or use condoms like responsible people then they wont be face to have an abortion.

  16. they should be put on a list and any man that wants to have some 6ex they will be required to oblige.

If she has irresponsible 6ex. then she might as well have lots of it.
