Both parties have agreed that they would terminate a pregnancy but, then the woman turns around and changes her mind. From a legal standpoint are there any papers that can be signed that state the woman will not pursue the man for child support and where can these be picked up from. State of Arizona.

It depends on your state laws.  In my state, a man would not have to pay support if he agrees to terminate all parental rights toward the child.  If he would pay anything, he would be able to assert parental rights such as sharing in decisions about medical care, schooling, etc, not to mention custody and/or visitation rights.

Be careful...in some states a woman can sue an anonymous sperm donor for support.

No, there is no way for anyone to get out of responsibility of a child. The court cares what is best for the child, and no one else. They also will never intentionally force that child into poverty (ie: their finantial problem). Legally, the abortion is the woman's choice only, an 'agreement' prior is not a binding contract.

edit after yours: No. The man has no legal standing in the choice, so it is treated as tho the discussion is with anyone. Just discussing something with someone does not make a contract (even if verbal contracts ever DID stand up, which they seldom do).

There is actaully a pivitol case going on in courts right now for the rights of men.  I totaly agree that a man should be able to have a legal abortion.  It should not only be a womans choice.
