The only person who would know for sure is an alien plumber/septic being, and i sure don't know any alien plumbers/septic beings.

Oh and there is nothing more refreshing than answers alien toilet questions, hey maybe aliens fly over Earth to empty there septic tanks/crappers.

They'd be so advanced that their bodies would process food at 100% efficiency. They would not take dumps.
