  1. Depends on what material you opponent has, left on the board, but the general rules for a game ending as a draw as follows :-

Perpetual Check / 3 repitions of the same position

50 moves have been made without a pawn being moved, or a piece being captured.

Stalemate, when the weaker side has no legal moves available on their turn. This is conditional to te following

    a) The King if moved would place itslef into check

    b) All pieces belonging to the weaker side have been removed from the board

    c) Pawn advancement has been blocked

Neither side has enough strength to force mate examples of which include

    1) King and 2 Knights vs King

    2) King and Bishop Vs King

    3) King Vs King

The minimum requirements by one side of the board to force mate are as follows

    King, Knight and Bishop

    King and 2 Bishops

King and Pawn (can be promoted on the back rank)

    King and Rook

    King and Queen

  2. It's a draw, because you obviously can't checkmate with a king.

  3. If one of your pawns make it to the other side of the board, that last row, you get a piece of your choice back on the board of your choice.

  4. Depends on what your opponent has.  If he only has a king and his pawns are barricading yours then, no, you can't force a draw but if you are playing someone with considerably less skill you could wait for him to make a mistake I suppose and make a bad capture.  Ethically though you should offer a draw because that's what it is.

  5. If you can move your King without moving into check, then you move your king,

If you cannot move your king without moving into check it's a stalemate

If you were put into check as a result of this your opponent wins

  6. What pieces does your opponent have?
