If all i drank were an jolt energy drink per day for a month, how much weight would i lose??

  2. it wont be effective unless you exercise and eat all the necessary nutrients.....you would have no fibre in your diet and hav constant diarrhea or constipation. not much fun.

  3. You'll die because you're not providing your body with any nutrients. And I am being dead serious.

    Oh, and don't listen to anyone who says "eat fruits and just water" because you are starving yourself anyway. And you'll die.

  4. Ok, I will be very honest here. I think that if that is all you drank for a month you would probably lose about 20kgs but I know that it is very hard to not actually eat food and you will get a very sore and sick feeling stomach that wont be very nice. Also, the down side is that after the month once you start to eat normal again you will put a lot of the weight back on as your body will only be use to you drinking.

    Also, after the first couple of days of not eating your body will go into a shut down mode which means that for a while you will not lose any weight as your body is scared that it will not get another meal so it stores all of the food in your stomach as fat to help energy levels. You you may actually end of putting on more weight instead of losing it.

    Sorry to put a downer on your idea but I really think if you are going to only eat one thing and try to lose weight dramatically, you should just eat fruit all day and drink water.

    Please listen to me. I am 20 years old, and senior year of hs I drank monster energy drink every morning for breakfast then usually one more in the afternoon. After a few months I got really bad stomach pains all the time and went to the doctor. The acids in energy drinks wear away the lining of your stomach and I still have problems eating some foods and even if I take a few sips of an energy drink now it kills my stomach.

    Try drinking water instead. You would lose a lot more weight.

    But just remember that if you don't eat food, your body goes in to survival mode and then anytime you start to eat it will store it as fat. So technically you will gain more weight if you starve yourself than if you eat small meals throughout the day.
