  1. But the citizens of Puerto Rico keep voting to not change the situation.  I don't see the lack of democracy in that.


  2. i lived in a u.s. territory and i think the issue is that territories do not get taxed...without paying taxes, there is no voice...i did not go to your link, but i hope that i have given you info that you do not already know
