  2. You have heard of "The Paradox of Thrift", haven't you? Well, the same thing would apply here.

    You must also realise that there is a great deal of debt in the world (you also must realise that the "creation of credit" is also operating).

    But, apart from these, even if everyone ended up with $10 000 within a short time there would be many beggars in great debt with nothing to show for the $10 000 and others who were millionaires.

    The old adage "Give a man a fish and he is fed for a day, teach him how to fish and he is fed for a lifetime" applies. As well as many other factors.
