If all these diet programs work, why do they show the same woman in every commercial?

Nutri-system, weight watcher. If they work so well, I'd think they'd have a different person in each commercial.

Exactly. If they're so good you think they'd have a steady stream of people who've had success with it paraded on the tube.

They don't work.  Any better than if a regular person spent time planning their own diet and exercise program.  Your paying to have it done for you.  That's it.  You still have to have the will power to follow it.

The diet industry is a billion dollar industry and getting larger every year. Problem is, people are getting larger as well. As long as people stay lazy and look for quick fixes, that model has job security.

Nutri-system doesn't work. I did it for over a year and ended up GAINING weight o.O
