scams are all over the world, you first need to erase mails from unwanted people and not read mail that you have not contacted first,

spam all mail, and do not open,

if you have been robbed of money? not sure the embassy will be able to help you?

you are responsible for your mail box,

be careful ..........

if you have applied for nanny jobs? you must know where you apply, and always check the sources of your mail.......

do not answer individual mails,

address yourself to secure places only and trough real embassies sites......

If it is  scam, then the embassy will not about it too. Chances are everything about the agency is ficticious. Before applying, check if the agency is accredited with the embassy. They usually will have this list available to the general public.**
