Wouldn't the products be ammonium hydroxide and sodium bromide?

If so, then what would be the phase of the products? solid, liquid, gas, aqueous?

i think ammonium hydroxide would be a liquid since it is soluble, but I'm not sure about sodium bromide.

help please?

  1. All sodium salts are soluble, even if only slightly. NaBr is very soluble, so it would be aqueous.

NH4OH is actually not stable. It decomposes into NH3 and H2O.

    NH4Br(aq) + NaOH(aq) → NaBr(aq) + NH3(g) + H2O(l)
