Do they get to keep the income from the second disguise-job as well as the income from being an agent, or do they have to give that money to the government since they're working as a cop at the same time?

  1. They would submit their checks from the second job to their employer. The employer would contact the IRS so he did not have a tax liability for the extra income.

  2. No. Any monetary gain from undercover work (paycheck, gambling winnings and even drug sales) will be accounted for and submitted to their agency, city, county, state, and/or prosocuter's office.
