  1. Not at all.  I'd grab a bag of popcorn and a lawn chair and watch many of the heads of religious leaders blow up from the interpretation problems they were suddenly dealing with.

    (insert evil laugh here!!)

  2. I'll be fine as long as its not the Daleks.

  3. It would be the annunaki their is no need to panic they are the same gods Moses and many others meet. They look just like humans themeselves. Aliens are thier servants.

  4. No I would not panic but millions of people would... And there is always that one nut-so that wants to kill it and save the world in his or her mind... And be honest with yourself what if something more intelligence than we are came out of that ship looking like a ten foot tall roach oozing fluids from it  mouth, please tell me how much fun it would be to have a ten foot roach eating  lunch right next to you............... Or have a ten foot roach oozing fluids talk to you about the stars..................

  5. I would walk up to it, hold up my right hand and say "Klaatu Barada Nikto". Then wait to see what reaction I got.

  6. If I panicked I might lose my job! I’m Martha Jones, UNIT Medical Officer. Though I am considering transferring to Torchwood. I haven’t decided on that fully yet. I am used to seeing alien spacecrafts. In fact I used to travel in one regularly. We at UNIT would take care of the situation. Unless it turned into a situation we couldn’t handle. If perhaps we needed an expert (for example, the situation we had with the ATMOS systems) then, I would contact The Doctor.  ;)

  7. No, I would probably go about my business. Leave the destruction of Earth to Bush.

  8. Yes, I would absolutely freak out.  I would feel like it was the end of the world literally.

  9. not likely  but why on earth would they want to visit us, anyway rose has spent ages in the tardis so i'm used to that sort of thing anyway

  10. no. not at all every thing would be cool unless they started killing of humans like flys. then i would go back to mexico. and put up a big sign "we are Aliens too."

  11. Depends on whether it was the Vogon Constructor Fleet or a Tardis.

  12. are we talking a bus from old mexico, or canada?  or from further south of mexico?

    all kidding aside,

no.   in 1957, a space craft (as it was) landed on the white house lawn. this is a matter of record, which you can verify.    a guy down the street from me was involved in the miltary response at the time and we have talked about it.   (could be 1959, but 57 is what is in my mind right now)

panic is the mindless reaction to fear.    i don't panic even in life and death decisions so i would not panic if a craft landed.

let me leave you with the words of an apollo 13 astronaut during an interview following their survival interview way back when.

    question,   "did you panic?"

answer,     "would that have served a useful purpose to us?"

question,  "i don't understand your answer"

answer     " if we had panicked, once we stopped being in a panic, we would still face the same life and death choices, so what advantage is there in becoming panic'd?

    question,   "what did you do"

answer,    "we started to assess the situation and take life saving action.

this is not exact, but as close as i can remember, this was i think in 1971

  13. Maybe,I might consider it first to be the a government experiment or project Blue beam.

  14. Hmmmm.  I think it would depend on the kind of aliens the space craft contained.  So, I would probably find the nearest tree, car, building, blue wooden police box, etc. to hide behind and wait to see what emerged and then depending on whether they come out in peace or screaming 'Exterminate!' - I would either wander over and say 'Hello' or else run for my life!

  15. No.

Logically, if an alien civilization was far enough advanced to reach Earth, it would follow that if they had wanted to exterminate us, we would already be gone.

So I would assume that their intentions were peaceful, and act accordingly.

I sure wouldn't want to make them mad!

  16. Definitely not I would walk right up to it and say G'day as I have done before, here is a small part of a previous answer on UFOs/Aliens..

I spent many years as a Diamond Driller in the outback of Australia and I saw may unexplained things, both in the air and on the ground..In 1984 I saw a UFO on the ground, and the only reason I could see it as I was 40 feet in the air, up the mast of my Drill Rig doing a minor repair on night-shift.. I have a witness to this one as my off-sider saw it too..It would take me ages to explain all of that, so I will skip a few hours..When we knocked off at 5:00 AM, I grabbed a torch and a 6 pack of beer and went to have a look for it, and my off-sider said I was mad and no way was he coming with me..The next thing I remember is waltzing back into camp at about 11:00 AM, and I still had 5 beers left, no real memory as to where I had been for the last 6 hours, but I wanted to take the Toyota and go back and have another look, but the Boss said no, so I went to bed, that was in Sth Aust...

About 3 months later I was Drilling in Western Aust, and I woke up about 4 -5 miles from camp on the track that lead to the homestead.. I was stark naked, no real idea where I was, and no idea of the time..I took a guess and walked off down the dirt road, with the moon high I could see OK..

I spotted our camp at almost day-light and wandered in, much to the surprise of my work mates..

I would like to say this, the country I was in was desert country, quite rocky and lots of spinifex, very prickley..I was unscathed, when I began my walk back to camp, I only hurt myself on the walk back, so how did I get to where I was in the first place ?? No I don't sleep walk, no drugs or beer were involved.. You see when they abduct you, you always have what we call "missing time", and they don't always put you back from where they took you...

That is only 2 of my abductions, I am a multiple abductee, and would not have any idea as to how many times they have taken me, as you don't always remember the missing time..

    In Light...)O(

  17. If it was a blue police box, I would park myself at the door and wait for the Doctor to emerge.  And then he wouldn't be leaving without me!

Any other aliens want to show up, I'm not going to panic, but I'm not going to fall blindly in line behind them and proclaim them the saviors of our world.

  18. I'd tell them to take me with them!

  19. No. I'd ask them to take me home to whatever planet I came from originally.
