  1. the mass of an object will stay the same no matter where in the universe that object is. the weight depends on the level of gravity, so yes, the weight would decrease because the gravity decreases.

  3. Your question is unclear, first off, there is no way for anyone to land on Jupiter as the pressure would destroy any craft/person trying to land, and there is likely no solid surface on Jupiter. And when you say the mass and weight, do you mean of the astronaut or of Jupiter?  In either case, neither the mass nor weight would decrease.
