ie. Do the laws of the U.S. or Russia apply on the International Space Station ? What about the Moon or someplace else in Space?

  1. Actually, there's no real answer on that yet. There are a couple of agreements that establish working groups to figure out such things, but nothing specific yet. Most people think it would be in the International Criminal Court.


  2. The laws of the nation that sent the astronaut to the space station apply.

  3. International law.  The same as a ship at sea.  The space station is just that, a ship at sea.
