  1. Yes.  The employers may not know that the other even exists.


  2. Each employer  will collect taxes on your paychecks based on the with-holding paperwork you submitted. Each will collect without regard to the other employer. Since this is the case If I were you I would set my dependents at a lower number than you are allowed to make sure your employer's with-hold enough taxes. This is because each employer will be with-holding at  the tax bracket based solely on your wages with him.

    When you get your W-2's at the end of the year you will get one from each. The 1040 has spaces for more than one employer.
