If an employee has more than one employer, are the taxable wage seperate?

Yes.  The employers may not know that the other even exists.

Each employer  will collect taxes on your paychecks based on the with-holding paperwork you submitted. Each will collect without regard to the other employer. Since this is the case If I were you I would set my dependents at a lower number than you are allowed to make sure your employer's with-hold enough taxes. This is because each employer will be with-holding at  the tax bracket based solely on your wages with him.

When you get your W-2's at the end of the year you will get one from each. The 1040 has spaces for more than one employer.
