We known that once their off spring turns 21 they can help them become a citizen or obtain a resident card. What I don’t understand is if the child is born on U.S. oil and the mother is here illegally, how do they still obtain all the social benefits such as welfare and education. Wouldn’t they be afraid of being deported back?

  1. Absolutely NOT.

  2. Neither should get citizenship and if we could get someone with intelligence to read the 14th amendment they wouldn't!

  3. I don't understand your question....it's gibberish....please clarify...

    what is an  'illegally'???

How can a child be born on US oil?

Yes they are afraid, but, they have no respect for our laws and they have the babies herer anyway and hope they wont be deported....

  4. Yes anybody born here should have the right of being a USA citizen. We should all be citizens of the planet not countries. Borders should not exist because we are all human after all.

  5. This question again!!!!!!!

    YES! because it's the law.

  6. With the oil prices being so high today, it is practically the most important thing at the moment

  7. LOL "OIL"!

  8. Having a child that is a US citizen helps the family stay in the country by default. That doesnt mean they cannot get deported, but they have a bigger chance of staying if they have ties to that country by an offspring that is a naturalized citizen. I know, my uncle and auntie were refugees in the states and popped out 2 kids (US citizens) and had 2 kids prior to that that were also there under refugee status... now they have green cards and can apply for citizenship soon. It sucks! I mean they have kids just to get into the system and take advantage of welfare and education.

  9. If he was born in America, hes an american

  10. One of the benefits of citizenship is also universal education.

You should try taking advantage of it.

  11. No. I've had enough of anchor babies.

    Good Luck

  12. yeah they're a US citizen automatically.

  13. don't do it

  14. And you meant "meant", not "met".

Even babies born to illegals can get US citizenship, but of course they need to get a US birth certificate.  Hospitals are not required to report illegals, so the person could go to a hospital to have the baby.  However, having a baby with the hope that in 21 years it could sponsor its parents is not such a great idea.  If it's found that the parent has been in the country illegally, it will make it much more difficult to gain citizenship.  Having a baby just so you can hand it off to somebody else to raise and get social benefits doesn't seem to make much sense to me either.

  15. They absolutely should not be granted citzenship.

That's a very cheap, esay way out of taking the test and doing the paperwork.

Other people do it all the time so that they can be legal, so why shouldn't EVRYONE?!

  16. Yes, because it's the law,

"but when is the last time illegals actually cared about laws"

  17. You mean you "meant" illegally and you "meant" soil?

  18. I'm with Docar, the 14th amendment is being abused and improperly interpreted, it should not apply to an illegal bringing their spawn to US soil in order to give it citizenship and any other freebies that go with.

  19. Natural born citizens are born on American soil! Yes then they help their siblings become legal. Done all the time!

  20. The Constitution should be amended to clarify this. If you are here illegally, your child shall NOT be a citizen!

Besides, here in Southern California, illegals live, work and send their children to school without fear. h**l, they even have rallies demanding rights!
