No. Why would it? It's simply a concept that has no particular relevance to our linear-time lives. We have the concept of infinity, also, but do not live it. They are ideas that we believe may be true that we do not personally, within our realities, experience.

Time is what time is.  Our bodies are going to go through it the same way we always have.  Yours or my perception of it will not change the truth.

I would think that if someone could understood HOW time is non linear, then they would be able to cope with the knowledge. It seems much more difficult to understand THAT time is non linear, at least for me.

I don't understand how this would cause your insides to explode! I mean really, why the h**l would it?! I believe that some quantum theorists view time as being nonlinear in essence.

I'm gonna go walking through the bad end of town when all the drunks are fighting. If they give me trouble I'll yell, "Time is non-linear, ya basta*ds!" and watch them explode.
