If an item is sold as faulty and clearly stating no returns, and the buyer posts the item back, what happens?

This is on ebay, the advert clearly stated in big writing the item is sold a faulty, and no returns are accepted. Many people bid for it, and then the winning bidder received the item and complained about it and simply sent it back by recorded delivery..which i plan not to sign for so it goes straight back to him...but otherwise what should i do?

There is nothing more you can do - the person will leave negative feedback for you and you can reply to that explaining that the add was truthful about the item.

Simply refuse delivery and file a complaint with eBay.
