  1. Yeah TNA favors gimmick macthes,so having a gimmick match Legend is perfect for them. The Hardcore Icon Mick Foley will do great things for TNA,and hopefully the WWE & all of there mark fans will FINALLY see TNA as a total threat. And not to mention that Ric Flair is mopst likely going to sign with the company seeing as how TNa is all about the Independent Circuit & the reason why Flair left the WWE for good in the first place is,because he wanted to cut some promos at some indies.

  2. The UK Sun is a tabloid it is as credible as the National Inquirer....its not gonna happen.

  3. yeah he'll defiantly be good

  4. Honestly, no I don't. Angle didnt help, Cage didnt help. 3D didn't help, Sting didnt help, Booker didnt help, Nash didn't help. I dont see Mick helping either.

I see Flair helping. Granted they promote it right.

  5. his going in september so add Mick foley to the list that Edge has bannished(storyline wise)

he says he will like to do what sting does. pop in and out and wrestle every now and then not full time.

as for the Hogan wcw and foley for tna statement. Hoagn was massively overated but he did draw veiwers still. so it could happen. TNA has the action but people arent willing to give it a try

  6. Absolutely not.  No offense to Foley, I love Foley, but his body has been through h**l, how much more punishment can he possibly take?  I think he'll have a positive impact on TNA, but I truly hope his role as a wrestler will be a limited one.

  7. yes he will be good for Tna and put them on map good Mick

  8. yea,, i feel like wwe is just losing everyone! after triple h, hbk, undertaker, edge retires, i don't kow if anyone would know about wwe, worst part is that almst everyone who gets released by wwe moves to tna

  9. he makin more cash for wwe with less pain

  10. I HONESTLY dont think he will be to effective.

He will be able to pick up ratings for a while, but then they will probably go back to 1s and what not.

  11. No i don't think Mick will have the same impact or infuence as Hogan had in WCW.When Hulk joined WCW in 1994, the promotion was in the process of expanding nationally and becoming a rival to WWF.It needed a boost and along with Macho Man, Hogan was that boost.

Winning the Heavyweight title on his debut and feuding with Ric Flair, Sting and Savage all helped get WCW noticed. But it was the NWO that reinvented WCW during the Monday Night Wars with 84 straight weeks of supremacy in the ratings.WCW was improving and expanding back then and Hulk helped the brand to even greater success.

Mick Foley would be joining an already successful established promotion.TNA is WWE's closest rival and becoming increasingly popular.Impact is one of Spike's most successful shows and the promotion is expanding nationally and developing deals with AJPW.So however gifted and talented he is, Mick wouldn't have the same impact.

He would be joining an array of popular established stars like AJ Styles, Christian, Samoa Joe, Booker and Sting. It would mean he would be just another WWE import already on the roster and down the pecking order. With his history of injuries, Mick could only work a reduced schedule and then more likely in hardcore gimmick matches with the likes of Team 3D or Abyss. He would remain a talented and worthy addition to the roster, but not really that significant or influential.

  12. He could but I am not sure he will have SUCH a big impact like HH did in WCW. He will put it on the map but not a lot. There will be some interesting matches that include Mick Foley in them that I want to see.
