Will she be the Queen? Will her title remain the same? Or will it change?

Though she will be queen, it has been said that she will be known as Princess Consort. Similar to her being called Duchess of Cornwall (one of Charles' other titles) though she is in reality Princess of Wales.

This will be a new departure from tradition, where the wife of the king automatically becomes queen.
