It depends on the shirt and if both straps are showing. If its a shirt with sleeves and only one strap is showing, I'd say something but if its a tank top, I'd leave it alone because it might be intentional.

I wouldn't, purely to keep my nose out of the business of others.  Plus, some people do that on purpose.

Normally, I would say yes.  But it seems that current fashion dictates that bra straps are *supposed* to show.  If I stopped to help every girl with a visible bra strap, I'd never get where I was going.
