  1. arrest them

  2. I agree with gurlygurl20000

  3. It's an interesting, if far-fetched, hypothesis. In theory, they could be arrested, but where would you find a jury of their peers to try them? Peers means people of equal status, and one could question whether there are enough non-related royals to form a jury - or if they would recuse themselves on the basis of prejudicial outlooks.

Rulers have been removed from thrones before -- but there is a very long and intricate road ahead, before that might even become a possibility.

  4. Why do you people believe the Royal Family would bother to kill Diana? She was the mother of the heir. The family is extremely fond and proud of William and they would do nothing to harm him or cause him grief.

As for Diana, the Royals would have been better off if she lived because her actions (bad choice of men, chasing after married men, hanging out with Al Fayed) were dragging her down in public opinion.

  5. Hypothetically they could but in that situation they would either be abolished for the heinous act or it will be passed off as a rumor and Britain will remain a constitutional monarchy with the majority of people not believing the hype.
