Ive tried calling the owner, Monica Zweers, but she wont pick up her homephone or cell. So if any of you could find out that would be great but i need it before twelve.

see if you can get her work number .. or a general  number for the restaurant.  She may not be answering because you are using her personal number.

That's all I can think of .. other then simply stopping by the place some day when you know it is open and asking someone there.
