I have a palm treo700 and the easiest way to get music on your phone (which is what i assume you are trying to do) is if your computer has bluetooth just right click on the mp3 file and click "send using bluetooth" or something like that. Then you can send it to your phone.

Or if your computer has an sd card reader, just pop the micro sd card from the centro into the computer (using the sd card adapter) and transfer the mp3 files from your computer to the sd card. Its just copy and paste the files from your computer hard drive to the sd card.
