  1. Debate what?  What's your position?  These are things one needs to know.

    (oh, uhh, MJ by far)

  2. First of all, Scottie Pippen and Jordan were in playing two different positions.  If you compared LeBron and Kobe for instance, you could say that LeBron might carry the team further because of his attitude or the team's attitude toward him.  The Bulls players were awed by Jordan so they stood around ('cept for Rodman and Pippen) as he flew.  When Pippen took the reins in Jordan's absence everyone pulled together because they knew it was on them to win.  Besides, everyone forgets that Rodman was there to rebound and keep the Shaq and others at bay.  Besides, when Jordan flew or jumped (if you can call his toes bumpin' their faces jumping) he changed his mind about three times before he put the ball in.  Also, he had great defense, exceptional scoring, assists, steals, and he could will his team to victory--something only Allen Iverson was able to duplicate since.  For example when the Jazz was beating Chicago everyone believed that they were going to lose.  Though, over the years of watching him play, I knew they wouldn't (although I did have a momentary twinge as the final seconds flew by).  When he stole the ball from Karl Malone and put it in to seal the victory, you could have heard a pin drop from the naysayers and those who believed Jordan was mortal.  If you actually grew up watching him play, not seeing the clips, you wouldn't compare him to one person you have ever, I repeat ever, seen.  Scottie Pippen is not even the second greatest player to him.  Anybody could be valuable to a team.  Although Posey was valuable to the Celtics this year, do you honestly think if they removed the Big Three from the team that they would've been looking at the Finals?  No.  If they took Kobe from L.A. would Gasol be able to carry them?  NO.  If they took Tim Duncan from the Spurs could Parker carry them as far?  Heck no.  Okay.  Anyone can talk about someone after they retire.  But while he was playing there was not one team that could stand up before him and Pippen. A point guard gives assists while a shooting guard (I think he was?) looks to get points for himself mostly.  That's why anyone might seem to be more valuable if looked at in that light than any great player.  The person who gave Wilt Chamberlain the assists was he greater than Wilt?  No.  Jordan was not just a shooter.  He was one of the best all around players ever.  That's the difference between him and most other players.  Even when he came back he could hit 45, which most NBA players can't do even while they are still young.  Jordan is more valuable and if he was around now, you'd better believe I'd pick him over Pippen any day.

  3. pippen was the greatest robin to batman there ever was.

  4. i'd say Jordan was better skill wise by far. but as far as more valuable...both needed each other to help the Bulls suceed!

  5. Jordan.  Pippen couldn't do it all the way himself.

  6. This isn't a question.

  7. Jordan Is Better !!

  8. Pippen obviously, LMAFO!

    jordan-pippen=4 first round exits

    kobe-shaq=finals

    pippen-jordan=game 7 wcf

Jordan was garbage trash until Pippen arrived in '87.

  9. All you need to know is:

Jordan's playoff record without Pippen is 1-10 (ONE WIN & TEN LOSSES).

Without Pip, Jordan is just a bald-headed Dominique Wilkins! LMAO!!!

  10. first of all, no one can do it totally by themselves, they have to have at least one other person on that team that can help them. Jordan: Five MVP's, 10 All-NBA first team, 9 All-Deffensive first team, 14 time All Star, 3 All Star MVP, 10 scorin titles, 3 steals titles, 6 NBA finals MVPs, and 1988 Defensive Player of the year award. highest career regular season scoring average with 30.12 points per game, as well as averaging a record 33.4 points per game in the playoffs. Pippen: NBA All-Defensive Team eight times and All-NBA First Team three times. seven-time NBA All Star and was the NBA All Star game MVP in 1994.......... no contest. MJ all day. MVP for the Bulls without a dought
