  1. John Plumtree, former Wellington coach, and now part of the

coaching staff of the Sharks and for fitness coach Gordon Titjiens NZ Sevens Coach. Backs would be coached by Pat Lam coach of the Auckland team. England would be the best drilled team to hit the ground running.

  2. Dean Richards is probably the best English coach about.

  3. probably jake white

  4. there are a couple of choices in my mind, i believe that England should hire another Englishman even with the temptation of foreign management out there from the like of jake white for example. I think the logical choice in terms of building for the future would probably be dean richards as his cridentials speak for themselves. however i think we should try to entice shaun edwards away from his new welsh post. i think he would bring an awesome mentality to the team and losing under him would not really be considered an option and this ideal would rub off on the players and England may final be up for the crunch games like scotland and wales. he would do a fantastic job.

  5. Martin Johnson would be my choice.

  6. Oi ! Unite ABs - shooosh mate. You are talking way too much sense, and naming far too many good men for the job.

Jake white is the man. No stranger to big defense oriented rolly polly power forward rugby. Will suit the English game well.

Nuff said, no need to throw GT's name around - he's fine kicking  the worlds *** and getting paid peanuts to do it year after year.

  7. Mrs Ashton - I bet she's got something to say!

  8. bring back clive:)

  9. Dont care who it is aslong as he puts players on the pitch that are on form and he also plays them in the correct position.

Need someone whos got the nads to drop some top players who get picked because of their name.....this is the same as the national football team, and we all know what state they are in!!

  10. Have you thought who would want it??????

Jake White showed an interest, but the RFU decided to keep Ashton, as one poster has said, they had a chance after the RWC, but thought Ashton got the team to the final, I personally feel LAWRENCE DALLAGLIO (Zimmer and all.......lol), got them to the final, not Ashton!

He was the inspiration and every time he came off the bench, the English team turned it around and won!

  11. There is Jake white!

    You have lost Gatland!

  12. Tell you what, you have Eddie O'Sullivan and we'll have Brian Ashton and we'll see how they get on!

  13. my nan

  14. That is the problem...you should have dumped him after the world cup when the market was overflowing with coaches looking for jobs...Jake the old SA coach is the obvious choice.....but having said that - if Engand beat Ireland..then England would have won against both France and Ireland..(not a bad return really - regardless of performances) so it would then be a bit difficult to convince the RFU to drop the current one.
