  1. no..its not real

  2. Astrology can give us insight into our personalities if we look at our birth chart as a whole. However, it does not and should not control our lives. We are ultimatly the people who can choose to learn and grow from our experiences and that is why we are all so different. We can look to god if we like to do this, but astrology involves greek gods because that is what the planets are named after. If you truely understand astrology you know that there are many different influences to how we are who we are, and also planets rising in our sign etc may cause certain feelings or actions in us, they are not the same for every single person. Im not sure if the bible accepts astrology but astrology is not a religion so it accepts god if thats what your into. Believing in god is more like a lifestyle choice, and astrology is more like a personality/fate perspective. None of these have control over us, we choose to believe in them or to accept them and we have the ultimate controls of our lives =)

    hope that helped

  3. Astrology is for Astrology's sake.

It doesn't imply that any god(s) are real or made-up. It's really just the study of stars and how their movements/ placings effect us all.

There isn't any power that controls them except for the Suns orbit.

Believing in Astrology is believing that everyone has signs. for example:

The Sun: How you come off to strangers - their impression of you

Rising or Ascendant (Time of birth): The person that friends and family see.

    Mars: Your Energy

    Mercury: Your thought process

Venus: How you accept/ handle Love

    Moon: Your emotions

Jupiter: "Expansion" or how you accept challenge

These are a few planets. Believing in Astrology is believing that every person has a placing in these planets (i.e. Aquarius moon or Capricorn rising) and that each signs placing effects their personality, emotions, etc.

    Hope I make sense =)

  4. Pshh I dunno

Cause its you that can deicied if you belive or not.

    Not me.

  5. coud you make the question a bit clearer

  6. Astrology isn't real!

The nearest stars are about 4 light years away - that's 2355 trillion miles, and the rest are a lot further away again.

How could they possibly affect you and your life at that enormous distance???

  7. no1 can tell yu wat too believe.

if you ask a scientist or some1 you will get an answer of "there is no such thing. n then youll get asked to try and explain the big bang." n if u ask a little old cathlic woman she would probably say "yes" after being convinced all her life.

how do you kno its not just all luck. in those astrology things u dont only read wats in front of you, you have to read inbetween the lines which therefor makes it all relevant to everyone.

  8. Firstly - independent academic researchers at a several leading universities have done long-term ethical independent studies on astrology.  Generally, it has been found that there is at least 50% truth.

Secondly, when I criticised astrology to someone when I was younger our Minister wanted to know why I would challenge God's plan and design.

Thirdly, remember we have now discovered that there are in fact AT LEAST eight or nine (I forget exactly) dimensions - previously we just lived in our own little see it, feel it, hear it world.

Fourthly; if the Minister was right - how do we know that God does not have some plan or purpose in creating the stars and leading people to create astrology.

Fifthtly; I would rather hang with someone who believe in astrology than someone who belted their wife and kids, or was a drunk, drug taker, or thief.
