If we drank more milk and stayed full on milk more often wouldn't we be less fat as a human race?

  1. Adults can survive on milk. BREAST MILK. Lactation is basically putting nutrients that the mother has taken in, into breast milk. Now you couldn't survive on milk from cows because we have different diets. We need a different variety of nutrients. Milk (especially fortified) has tons of vitamins and trace minerals, but not enough to maintain an adult or any human for that matter. For example cow milk has no iron. But contrary to what has been said, milk has protein its called whey. Again there's just not enough to sustain a adult human. For example 2 gallons of milk has around 20g of protein. Adult females need about 46g of protein. So drink up. Just joking. But drinking only milk for a diet will lead to anemia. Trust me my cousin is 2yrs and she had a iron deficiency from drinking milk and not enough other food. If you want to skip a meal and still get your vitamins, drink a meal replacement drink. If you want a suggestion, ensure is what they give to the elderly when they are unable to eat food. There are also lots of meal replacements out there.

  2. Oh my god. You can't be serious.

Well first of all, BABY'S bodies are WAY different from adults. Babies can live on fatty milk from their mothers because they need to develop fat in their tiny bodies; otherwise, they would die. And they only live off their mother's milk for a year or so! After this period, they need a healthful diet to survive. If they kept drinking only milk they would die. Simple as that.

And we can't stay full on only milk. It's impossible. As we mature, our bodies do to. To keep up with our changing bodies, we need a healthful, varied diet to ensure that our body stays healthy and doesn't break down. If we only lived on milk, why sure, our bones and teeth would be in normal condition. Yay. But all our other bodily functions would fall apart! We need protein (which milk lacks) to build our muscles; otherwise, our mucles would deteriorate to the point of complete inability to function. We would be useless sacks of fat and bones if we only depended on milk to survive.

Wow. I seriously hope that for your sake you are in first grade, and not an adult.
