If baby fish r at the bottom of the tank lieing down r they dead or alive?

it is natural,it is probably not dead.Fish lay at the bottom for many reasons.The fish can be tired and stressed out,the fish might be sick and be to weak to swim up,the fish may be just taking a break and just resting.My fish do that all the time.if you are breeding that fish it could be pregnant.I think you're fish is just taking a nice rest.If he stays like that then he is probably sick or injured.If you notice any weird habits such as(not eating that much,or being really scared of the other fish those are signs of him hurt or sick.)put him in a small net or a other aquarium for him to recover.I do not think you should medicate the fish but if you want to you can put some 1 or 2 times a day.

It depends on how old they are. If they were just born then that is normal. A lot of fry go to the bottom for a while. Some will swim. I suggest you put a net in near them to see if they move.
