  1. Usually cabin baggage is extra. If you look at your airline's website, all of them have exact details on there of their own baggage restrictions. Read it carefully, they are all different!

  2. cabin baggage is extra, usually up to 5 or 10 kg, btu of a certain size bag.

  3. yup there's usually additional and seperate allowance for carry on luggage

  4. Cabin baggage would be in addition to that

  5. Yup cabin baggage is excluded in this

so ur suitcase cud be 20 kg

  6. when u talk about indian carriers then cabin baggage is not included in this limit and the limit of 20kg applies only to the check in baggage. It does not mean u can carry heavy bags and cases in cabin baggage, generally you are allowed to carry one normal size baggage as a cabin baggage.

In some international carrriers cabin baggage is restricted to around 5 to 7 kgs and is limited to a normal size bag and not big briefcases.

And then to JUST TRY TO TRAVEL WITH LITTLE LUGGAGE TO ENJOY THE TRIP

  7. No, some airlaines like Monarch only allow 10kgs in the cabin, but easy jet and Ryan air allow any weight in the cabin BUT only if you can put it in the overhead lockers yourself.

  8. Yes extra, but you will be aware that it is limited by size and weight, most airlines say a limit of 5 kg.

  9. it is extra usually 5kg but the bag or case must be a certain size

  10. Hi,

the 20kg are the limit for checked in luggage only, so cabin baggage is in addition to that. Depending on the airline and where you are flying to, you can usually take 8kg in cabin luggage.
