  1. There will be les accidents, theoretically. In Britain it's against the law to use a mobile whilst driving, because you can't concentrate on the road.


  2. no there wont be less traffic, just 1 less point for you to get into an accident, a small bit or SAFER traffic yes. but you still have Joe business man that's shaving while driving, sally Secretary still putting on her makeup, billy truck driver still talking on his CB, all and anything taking away from driving is a distraction, hence you didn't "notice" the guy that changed lanes in front of you, or beside you, or the guy that just ran a stop sign....answer question?

  3. no,just faster traffic. using a cell phone while driving only detracts from driving.

    P.S. Changing radio stations on the car radio causes allot more accidents than using a cell phone while driving.
