No.  Heating to boiling cooks them (and kills them).  That is if you meant more "fertile."

If you meant "fertilizer," could boiling them decompose more quickly?  Good science fair project: Which decomposes faster, fresh or cooked beans?

perhaps you mean sprouted ,if you sprout beans before you cook them ,you use up some of the starches and increase the protein content,but don't go too long you get a plant at some point................tom
