Well, I should quality that, they control fire better than neo-cons because their IQ is much higher.

Well what'd ya expect? They'd make litle bear firetrucks, and bear water dumping planes? NOOOOO!  They know better than that! Fire is NATURAL, and need run its course !

(Theyre very very mad at us for the insult which was that Smokey character , by the way.) (They didnt take that well AT ALL, and have devised a character in response that they call HOKEY!

The main problem is the lack of thumbs. Lotsa trouble manipulating things. That's why you never see bears masturbating, no good grip.  I don't think bears would do well with fire.

good luck getting a bear to control and manage fire with no fingers. its got to be tough to flick that bic with claws.
