  1. An arm , a leg, and your first born male child.

  2. Bush doesn't owe anything to anyone.  He has plenty of money and even if he did, he wouldn't push his bills on us.

Stick to your day job (if you have one) cause you don't have a clue when it comes to government or politics kid.

  3. If you are talking national debt...

Each American Citizen would owe twice the average lifetime earnings.

If you add illegal immigrants, each American would owe the average lifetime earnings.

If you collect the debt that other nations owe the US, plus interest, the debt would be about $2,000 per person.

If you collect the debt and balance the budget, every American citizen would get a refund of about $4,000.

  4. Well it would probably depend on how much he owed.

Either way he'd charge us more than he should have.

  5. A bit less than $30,000 per person--tht's everyone,including children. Call it $120,000 for a family of 4.

NOT COUNTING long term expenses (e.g. cost of decades of medical expenses for tens of thousands of disabled veterans or the cost of replacing a large part of our military equipment, etc.).

The Clinton administration left us with a surplus.  You see what they did with it.

Now the cons are whining that the Democrats will raise taxes. They should have thought of that BEFORE they ran up the bills. Debts have to be paid. They don't like it--tough.
