  1. One of my parents was born in the UK (scotland) and i can automatically qualify for British citizenship as long as i apply before I'm 18.

As to the canadian passport, I'm from Australia and I don't have to give up my Aus passport but I'm not sure about the Canadian ones.

    Hope this helps =]

  2. the UK and Canada allow dual citizenship,

so, if both of your parents have UK citizenship, then yes you may obtain citizenship,

but need to read the law about UK citizenship.....

Am I eligible for a UK passport ?

It is for you to demonstrate your eligibility for a British passport.

The following is a basic guide to eligibility to help you decide whether to apply for a passport or other nationality services.  More comprehensive information and a nationality enquiry service is available from the Home Office.  A short history of  British Nationality Law is also available here

  3. Yeah you can provided at least one of them is still a citizen of Brittan. About the giving up you citizenship part I'm not sure since some countries do allow you to have dual citizenship.
