  1. The answer is C. It is a condition called ischemia.

  2. c

  3. C for sure

  4. Hey Eddie.  I gave Andy a best answer rating.  However, to be absolutely accurate, Ischemia is the lack of blood supply that leads to HYPOXIA - the lack of oxygen.  So, technically, the correct answer is C) decreased delivery of oxygen (which results in hypoxia).

    Best wishes.

  5. c-deprived of oxygen

  6. C.  Ischemia results when cardiac muscle is deprived of oxygen due to a deprivation of its normal blood supply.  This is how myocardial infarctions aka heart attacks happen.  A clot forms in an artery and decreased the blood flow to the heart.  This decreases the oxygen being delivered to the heart, causing certain parts of the muscle to die.  This death causes the pain and ECG and blood level changes that typical MI patients present with.

  7. C) decreased delivery of oxygen
