If cast control magic on a Symbiotic Wurm and it is killed as a result of combat do I or does my opponent.....

Whoever has control over the Wurm when it is sent to the graveyard gets the 7 1/1's.  If your opponent has control of it, they will get the bonus, even though it goes to your graveyard.
