do you think he still would have gone on the path he did, or was that just the extreme opposite of being a passionate artist. i suggest you listen to some of his music to get a better idea. anyway, just curious. lets not get too emotional about this.

  1. Honestly, I think that he would have ended up in trouble one way or another. I've read alot about him, and from day one he was a sociopath. He had no respect for authority and was in & out of the system from a young age. some of the anger was definitly justified. The Criminal Justice system had a HUGE hand in why manson become a monster. He was beaten, raped, abused, and neglected from an early age. Now, I have seen people go through these things and come out scarred but okay, but it is extremely rare and it would take amazing self control, personal strength, & introspection, and not to mention someone strong standing by you. He had none of these things. Add this with a possible chemical disorder made even worse by consuming hallucinogens and you have a recipe for evil. Wether he was born like as such, or created is debatable, but i believe it was a mixture of the 2.

If he had really been meant to be a musician, he would have picked himself up from the rejection and tried harder. with his charisma and ability to manipulate situations, he could have eventually suceeded.

but instead, he surrounded himself with drugs and more dilluded people, and we get what happened.

Many artists with mental illness are extremely passioniate, and he definatly was that, but the guy was unfortunately doomed from the get go, and if it hadn't have been the crime he committed, it would have been another.

  2. He had a major chemical imbalance in his brain that made him a maniac from the start. So yes MY opinion is that he would still have gone down the same path. He would have had even more "fans" conform to his beliefs because being famous=people love you. He basically rewrote the rules and norms of our culture in his followers; had them hypnotized!

  3. Not in jail...

he probably wouldn't have had Sharon Tate murdered...he wasnt really going for her, he was going for some music producer that lived there before her...

idk though, that was the 70's and drugs were "the new cool thing to do" and people were on a lot of lsd...and did crazy things..i mean, he did have a following of chicks that thought he was jesus...

idk...charles mansons extra screwed now, i was watching the news the other day, i guess they found more bodies on his ranch..

    gross.

  4. Scabs, I think he would still be in prison.  I've heard he's a constant masturbator and can ejaculate at will.  While most of us do m********e, I would not want him in my bed, nor I think would you.  Where did you hear his music?  I never have.  Jack
