  1. Not without a visa, no. Do you really think it would be that simple?!

  2. your question sounds soo funny

  3. Nope thankfully.

  4. i think so...we let everyone in. isnt that just brilliant!

  5. No. If she is not a landed immigrant and her time is up her time is up.

She and her baby go home to whereever she came from. Otherwise

every legal or illegal immigrant would be pregnant and they are not.

  6. Ummm . . . no, basically.

We don't do anchor babies here.

  7. NO just because she is pregnant she doesnt automatically get to stay in this country AND IF SHE HAD ANY SENSE AT ALL SHE WOULD HAVE USED BIRTH CONTROL AND NOT JUST GOT PREGNANT TO STAY IN THIS COUNTRY

  8. No. An unmarried pregnant woman has no automatic right to stay. If she and the baby's father wish to get married the woman might need to return to China and apply for a fiancé visa - and her partner will need to prove that he has a place for her to stay and that he can support her. If the baby is born in China make sure you register it's birth with the UK Embassy so it can get a British passport - you will need your partner to help with this. You will also need to get it a Chinese passport to leave the country with - because China doesn't recognize dual-nationality. :-)

  9. No.  I think she either has to marry him or get citizenship for herself.

  10. Yeah

Almost every country protect the wives of their male citizens

The thing is that you have to marry her so she can instantly became a citizen

    Know what i mean?

if you just knocked her up, she will return to china

  11. marry her, to keep her in the country - even then it can take a while to get her over her.  having a job in the country, will helps.

  12. I am afraid it doesn't work like that - are you married to this UK citizen and have a spousal visa?? If you aren't then you cannot use your child to saty here i am afraid. The law changed in 1983 so that people who have children cannot claim residency automatically. I understand you want to stay but try and do everything correctly. They will just treat you the way they treat everyone else who is illegal or their visa is about to expire - they will ask you to return to your country of origin to apply for leave to enter.

I would advice you to start the process sooner than later now that you are pregant or are planning to become pregnant,
