If chinese people didn't have a vote who would take Yao Mings place in the All Star game?

I mean Amare always comes in second place next to Yao but thats because there are like a billion chinese pleople. So, im guessing Amare because he is a better scorer and a monster on the floor what do you think?

Hypothetically speaking, Amare Stoudomire would get the starting position if that situation would happen. But i think Yao Ming would still be an all-star regardless of the votes
