The Uruguayan international has been one of the most prolific strikers in all of Europe, let alone the Serie A, and was instrumental in the achievements that Napoli attained through last season. He was a colossal figure in the attack of the Partenopei outfit

all the defences of the Italian domestic league as well as the European Champions League.
Such a prolific season meant that there was bound to be interest in the striker at the season’s end, and there was interest from many clubs in the striker. He went on to remark that he had heard about apparent interest in his abilities, but remarked that
his desire was to play for the Vesuviani outfit. He mentioned that the Italian Lega was an extremely competitive league, and it was one of the most difficult leagues to score in.
