If condoms or birth control arent 100% effective. Shouldnt men that arent married to pregnant women get the right to opt out of parenthood, like women do ? Abstinence is almost impossible for adult, in my opinion it's only possible for kids high school and below, so thats out of the question. Why are there more unwed baby born more than ever ? It doesnt make sense, were condoms/birth control better back then? Why do women (not married) let men have s*x with them without a condom or being on birth control? Why do guys (not married) have s*x without a condom? Im starting to think women just want a baby and dont think father are necessary when they are because most dysfunctional kids come from single parent families. Wouldnt adoption to a good family w/ stable income with two parent would be than one parent in bad financial state to raise a baby ? Why do women expect their boyfriend who doesnt want baby and isnt financial set to pay child support, when he can barely take care of himself?

  1. Your big pitty party all has to do with one thing....irresponsibility.

If you don't want kids, don't have s*x.

If you just HAVE to have s*x protect yourself....hormonal birth control AND condoms.  If you act like a s**t and you bring home some random girl that doesn't want to use a condom, don't have s*x.  It is YOUR responsibility too.

Don't have s*x with someone you do not know well enough to be okay with having a child with in the first place (ie don't act like a s**t).

If you thought woman just wanted a fatherless child why would you support father's right to opt out of parenthood?

Adoption is an option, but sadly only if you are white and have little to no health problems.  Many other children simply bounce around from foster home to foster home creating horrible problems for the children involved.

  2. In no way go in for this men VS women rubbish etc, but I do think this is an interesting question.

Right now there isn't a 100% contracpetion which is completely safe and also people wishing to get sterlized will find it very difficult if they don't mee the age/children quota.

  3. the feminist reaction is if guy's don't want to get a girl pregnant then they should keep it in there pants, get neutered(genital mutilation) or a vasectomy(surgical procedure with lifelong implications).

But when these arguments are used for abortion rights feminist call them barbaric, oppressive, ignorant and Neanderthal or "caveman" idea's.

This question I suppose did expose feminist man hating tendencies.(hopefully that will end all debate on if or do feminist's hate men, by not respecting or acknowledging our basic human rights is a form of hate)

I think there needs to be more options on the table. Condom's doesnt cut it because she could steal the condom from the trash can and under the law you would be liable for child support.

The only answer is a mixture of fatherhood by choice law's when a couple is not married and extensive investment in male birth control options.

  4. I find it interesting that you feel that abstinence is almost impossible.

If you don't like the fact that men are forced to support children that they do not want you should be out trying to find ways to change the laws that put this on men.  I do agree with you that since women suffer greater consequences within their own bodies it seems almost unbelievable that they agree to unprotected s*x. It does not change the fact that they do.  It also does not change that fact that a guy who is present at the conception of a child is also responsible for his part.

  5. If the boyfriend doesn't want a baby or knows he can't take care of one, he shouldn't be having s*x.  Period.  There's always at least a tiny fraction of a risk of having a child, no matter what protection is used...besides abstinence.  A man who brings an unwanted child into the world has no right to complain...he could always prevent it.

  6. What is the difference between someone in high school and someone who graduated a month ago?  There is no cut off line where people stop being able to control themselves. Why do men have s*x with women who let them (because it is the woman's fault for seducing him right?) A person who is mature enough to have s*x should be mature enough to deal with consequences.

  7. if you don't want babies, go get neutered.

  8. It's ten points per question.  You have about 8 questions in there, so cough up 80 points for an answer.

    ;-)

There is a balance between complete abstinence and s*x whenever you want without thinking about the consequences.

We are currently experiencing a pendulum swing in the direction of the latter.

If the economy really tanks, and babies begin to literally starve to death, we may see some shift toward more responsibility for one's sexual behavior.

  9. I think there are several reasons why there are more babies born to unwed mothers.  For one thing, the social stigma attached to being a single mother has disappeared in many countries. In  past times, social disapproval was what made girls more cautious of 'going all the way' as it was known.  The fear of pregnancy was very real, and it made girls a lot more wary.  It meant that when they did have s*x, they took a lot more care to use effective contraception.  Being an unmarried mother was not socially acceptable, so most women avoided becoming one.

As far as teenage pregnancies go, another reason possibly was that there weren't so many mothers out at work leaving teenagers unsupervised.

it is notable that in the Netherlands, where teenage pregnancies are not viewed with the indulgent eye that they are in the UK for instance, and where there is the lowest proportion of 'working mothers' in Europe, the rate of teenage pregnancy is considerably lower than it is in other countries.

I agree with you absolutely that fathers are necessary.  It is very tough raising a child on your own, it's a two-parent job.  and you need a man who is willing to be a father in order for it to work.  However, if a woman really wants to keep her baby she is unlikely to be willing to put it up for adoption.  But I agree it isn't fair to expect a man who isn't financially capable of supporting a child to contribute to its upkeep.

  10. Let's be honest it's all about wanting the choice but not accepting the responsibility that goes with it.

  11. Men can have vasectomy operations to ensure they do not make any woman pregnant. From about three months after the operation, this method is 99.8 per cent reliable ~ MUCH higher than almost all other methods and entirely in the control of the man.

If you want to ensure you do not create any pregnancies but still wish to have an active s*x life with control of fertility in your hands, this is the solution for you..

The procedure is very simple, takes about 20 to 30 minutes at the doctor's surgery and you can even return to work on the same day!

It is also relatively inexpensive, and non surgical options are now available.

For the peace of mind it will give, it is probably very worthwhile.

As for abstinence being impossible, that is simply ridiculous and self indulgent thinking. You have control of your own behaviour, and must accept the consequences for your own actions.

    Cheers :-)
