If cows ate....?

If cows grazed in a strawberry field would they turn pink? I know they wouldn't actually turn pink but, flamingos are pink due to them eating all of that shrimp. If cows were to eat shrimp, would they turn pink? What about a pink butterfly? I know fruit won't turn them pink... but if they ate carrots would they turn orange like our fingers do if you eat a lot? If a cow at spinach would it turn green? By saying eating those foods, I mean a large quantity not just one meal of it. If a plain white butterfly were to suck blue nectar (the color doesnt matter) would the wings turn that color? But albino tigers eat mainly red meat and they dont turn red... so would it effect the butterfly? These are the things I wonder....

I don't understand how eating something can turn you a differnt color. Someone please explain.

  1. I know that in south texas there's a bird,(forget the name) that migrates through here. Its usually a pinkish red, from the shrimp it eats, but their are no shrimp here so the turn brown, Just thought I'd throw that out.

  2. If you drink a lot of carrot juice you can turn orange but only your skin.  You are asking a lot of questions about totally different things... insects, mammals, birds they all are different in there exteriors.
