If cps removed my kids from my home, and i'm pregnant again,can i go to another state to have this baby?

there were allegations against me for child abuse and sexual assult, it's not true, however cps feels that it is, they took all my kids in a foster home, i am 6 mnths pregnant and i know that cps has placed a hold on this baby after i have him, i don't want them to take this baby, so i decided to have him in a diffrent state like texas or mexico, do u think cps contacted all hospitals in USA or just in the state you live in?????

first of all you need to fight for your kids if you don't that would mean you don't care for your kids and running away wont solve your problems it will get worst.they will take your new baby away from you if you run.get a lawyer and get your kids back!

Until a few years ago, you could get away with going to another state. Not anymore. The laws have changed, and electronic files are transferred almost immediately.

You desperately need an attorney.  There is going to have to be some evidence produced that you are not an abuser; in the CPS system and Family Court, you are guilty until proven innocent. Unfair, but that's the way it is.

I don't think going to another state will matter. I would think they would find you no matter where you were. I know everyone has their share of problems, but I would suggest staying where you're at and straightening out whatever mess caused you to lose your kids in the first place if the allegations aren't true. Your children deserve to be with their mother. As far as this child, is there a father or grandparent it could placed with in the meantime? Good luck to you.

I smell a rat.  They don't just take your kids without some kind of evidence and if they do, you should stay and fight it!  If you don't, then maybe they have reason to want your kids????

If CPS is accusing you of child abuse and sexual assault, that means there is a criminal court case.  Unless you get permission from the judge, you most likely can't leave the state- let alone the country.

Besides, why would you run?  If the allegations are false- don't you want to fight to get your children back?

Running isn't going to solve anything. If you do then you get caught then it's going to get a whole lot worse for you. ou need to follow the rules they've given you, prove yourself and hope that it's resolved before this baby arrives.

Why would you get pregnant again after losing one of your children?

I hope CPS finds out about you, because planning to "run away" from CPS is not a smart choice, and it only makes you look more suspicious.

If you run, you will never see your kids again. When they find you, they will take the child you are carrying away from you too. Comply with them and fight for your right to be a mother if their accusations are wrong.

If you skip town, your hiding something.

If you truly did nothing wrong go fight for your kids.  If it was me, I would be fighting for them already, so that leads me to believe somethings up.

If CPS took your kids, it means there was good evidence, and if you havent gotten them back, then it still stands!!! Why would you run if youve done nothing wrong??? Besides, what makes you think they wouldnt go looking for you, or someone else wouldnt tell them where you were? Things like this make me mad. Been trying to get prego for yrs and no luck, but here you come...

Mexico isnt a state and stay out of there anyways, they dont want you there!

Get a grip and get your life together before you start reproducing.  CPS doesn't arbitrarily take your children away.  Work through your issues before bringing another baby into the train wreck that is your life.

wow i think if cps took your kids you should tie your tubes! but as far as having your child in another state i think you should comply with cps for the sake of your children regardless if you feel the aligations were injust obviously cps feels differentlly. my husband and i are currently dealing with his kids, their mom and cps and seriously dont run cause then you risk never getting your kids back at all.
